Ichie, or 一会, is named for the Japanese philosophy of ichi-go ichi-e: the belief that every encounter happens only once and should be treasured fully.
Every evening at Ichie is a single sitting, a single menu, crafted for that moment alone. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is rushed.
We are rooted in island tradition—the flavors and rhythms of a culinary heritage that stretches across the Pacific—and we bring that spirit to a counter in Brooklyn.
