Ichie, or 一会, is named for the Japanese philosophy of ichi-go ichi-e: the belief that every encounter happens only once and should be treasured fully.
Every evening at Ichie is a single sitting, a single menu, crafted for that moment alone. Each course is prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients, chosen daily with care and intention. Nothing is repeated. Nothing is rushed.
We are rooted in island tradition—the flavors, techniques, and rhythms of a culinary heritage passed down through generations and carried across the Pacific. Our omakase is not just a meal. It is a reflection of where we come from, served with the warmth of where we are.
